Jump start Monday with a weigh-in
Good morning, how did everone do last week? We saw some warmer weather and some signs that summer is right arround the corner. Sunday my toes and hands never got cold!!!! As for the week it started kinda rough. I can honestly say I'm in the maintaining stage! I feel great! My smile is back!!!! While my stage in this journey has changed from losing to maintaining I look too those that have been there for good advice. I've learned to balance calories and physical activity (close but not always). So let's weigh-in

4/21 - 299 lbs!!
I am working on cutting the gatorade out of my diet. It was handy for rehydrating and something that tasted different but now it's just too many extra calories that I don't need. I have been keeping pace with about a pound a week now.
