Ok, so you all probably know how bad an ouchie pouchie feels, but this is my first time...and might I add, it sucks!   I don't know how this happened...nothing I have eaten was new.  I have  three times, but it still won't make it feel better. I have had only 20oz of water today andmaybe 20 grams of protein.....  Any ideas how to make this crap stop?!?!?!?   Lord Help Me  Thanks for letting me whine...... Tantrum

Go back to liquids for the next couple of days. Give it a rest and you'll feel better. Go to sleep - that's the best way. :) Good luck!

Oh dear, that is terrible.  Sleeping and sipping are the best things you can do for right now.  Stay on liquids for a couple of days to let that little pouchy calm down.  It will get better.

Good advice from the others...sleep and sip.  Just keep sipping, you need to be careful not to get dehydrated. Take care, Debi

Hi Jeanne - I too have an ouchie or pickie pouchie! I went in on April 3 and had an upper GI and Dr. Glass did not find a stricture but found my opening to be tight so he stretched it. I was good for a few days and ended up going back to not being able to eat or drink and athrowing up. So I sent back to Dr. Glass on April 17. I am scheduled for another upper GI on Wednesday. I don't know what he will find. Maybe just another tight stomach opening. I asked him how many times he will go back in for a "peek". He said that his record is 4 times in 2 months. That is one record that I don't want to break. Granted I have lost 80 pounds in less than 4 months but I really don't want to loose it like this. It is definitely no fun and I can relate. I hope we both find cures.................Take care - Lynn
