Question about liquid diet

Ok I am getting by a lil easier.... but Today I have been visiting the restroom quite often.... it seems that with complete liquids for the last 4 days - what goes in as liquid- comes back out as liquid if you know what I mean.

Is this the way it will be day 5 through 10- I had planned to work this week and after today I am worried.  I mean I really had to be close to a bathroom ALL Day!  Sorry for the TMI

 

Hi CheriLynn. It will get better as it goes along. The first few days with going to the bathroom is the worst. Once everything is gone through it won't be so scary. You are right...liquids in and liquids out!!! Hugs, connie d

Cheri, It will continue to be liquid in, liquid out, but as Connie said it does slow down, because you have cleaned a lot of the waste out of your body.  I was able to work through my LD and didn't seem to have any problems with being in the bathroom all of the time, but I guess it also depends on what you do for work.  I work in an office and am free to leave my desk as needed so I had no problems.  I hope you are able to work everything out and that you can work this week so that there is less time to take off.  Glad to hear the LD is going better for !  Have a great rest of the weekend!

 

 

I found that I was lactose intorelant when I went on the LD. I had never consumed that much milk before. Once I got lactose free it got better for me.

It will be like this after surgery too for at least the first couple of weeks.

Thanks Guys!  Today was a bit better!  And yes I think I will be able to go to work- I work in a pretty relaxed office as well- except for a sales meeting tomorrow I don't think I have anything major this week and I took Thursday afternoon off for my mag. citrate clean out and of course no work on Friday so frequent trips to the lil girl's room should be ok.... Good news is I have lost about 5 more pounds the last 5 days so that is pretty cool!
