I LOVE your posts! You've been nothing but supportive and uplifting. It's people like you that make this board worthwhile. It's also so refreshing to be on a board where spirituality and christianity aren't bashed, but embraced. "With God, all things are possible."

I know I'm a blonde. And the phrase "a day late and a dollar short" fits me well. While your words are fantastic to read, I can't help but think that somewhere amongst posting someone was offended or thinks these posts are negative? IMO, That is so not the case. While I try and read all posts, life keeps me busy and the beautiful weather makes it a must to get outside. I have hardly seen anything negative on these MN boards. So keep posting away. I find most messages (ok, some aren't) very uplifting, putting a smile on my face, and helps me get thru some of these hards days. Some people are naturally sensitive. And the rest of us - well, we are just downright fun! I think the crummy weather and lack of spring has us all feeling a little down. But I blame the weather and my hormones. Not my wonderful friends on MN OH board! Oh well! Hugs to each of you!! KellyAnn

I agree...somthing has certainly changed on here and its affected how often I come. The feel of the board has changed IMHO and its not the same supportive place for me anymore. Perhaps this is a natural progression as one gets out...or perhaps its the replies I have recieved or posts I have read that seem nonsensical having nothing to do with WLS. But more with highschool silliness. Im saddened that we are losing good people on our board. As I stated above..this may just be a natural progression.... Im just an ex fat girl that worked my ass off to get where I am at today. No secrets. No luck. Just blood sweat and tears.

I agree! For the most part, people here are great, but then there is a part that is "competitive" or maybe it's "who's my friend or on my side" and I believe that is where is gets the "high schoolish" feel. And yes maybe it's different for those of us who are further out as we may "see" things differently. Maybe, I just over think or over evaluate. Then there are people who "wish they could be like" when in all reality THEY CAN!(reread Amy's Quote) I know for me when I share something (like thoughts and challenges) I come to SHARE to not "see what I did" just like everyone else. I don't know it all and I have alot to learn. And if you feel unsupported then this place needs to get back to the basics just like we need to do in our WLS journeys on occassion. sooooo......LET'S JUST LOVE ONE ANOTHER! DO UNTO OTHERS AS YOU'D HAVE DONE UNTO YOU!! And let's not judge how someone feels... HUGS and LOVE
