I am continuing this daily. Please join in if you'd like. It's a good way to be conscious about what you actually did daily to enhance your health. APRIL 16th: -- Chewed food to applesauce consistency -- still a pain in the butt -- Exercised for about 25 minutes --- played intense Wii tennis (I am almost 2000 pro level -- I break quite the sweat) -- Didn't drink while eating -- waited 30 minutes before and after. -- Sipped water all day -- drank 2 16oz. -- Figured out about how much water I should be drinking: 120 oz. (that's 7 of my water cups)     I used this calculator: http://nutrition.about.com/library/blwatercalculator.htm --  Ate fruit!! Fresh FRUIT!! It was yummy.

2019: 11 years out and maintaining a loss of 150lbs.

Way to go, your doing great getting those habits set early! Yesterday I: ate healthy, drank 72 oz of water, didn't drink w/my meals or 30 min before/after, exercised (yoga 1 hour walked 3.1 miles in 45 min), took all of my vitamins and supplements, and made good food decisions.
