Today's deeds for a better tomorrow. (April 16th)
I am continuing this daily. Please join in if you'd like. It's a good way to be conscious about what you actually did daily to enhance your health.
APRIL 16th:
-- Chewed food to applesauce consistency -- still a pain in the butt
-- Exercised for about 25 minutes --- played intense Wii tennis (I am almost 2000 pro level -- I break quite the sweat)
-- Didn't drink while eating -- waited 30 minutes before and after.
-- Sipped water all day -- drank 2 16oz.
-- Figured out about how much water I should be drinking: 120 oz. (that's 7 of my water cups)

-- Ate fruit!! Fresh FRUIT!! It was yummy.
