Jen, Darn near......... Actually I'm raking the side yard today for some extra exercise, We own 10 acres but 3 acres is open, Whew alot of raking.......I forgot to put on gloves though and already have a blister......... I'm on cloud nine today.............Kelly

Great reminder that the numbers on the scale don't tell the whole truth! Forget that number, concentrate on the basics and try new clothes on once and a while. Don't let the number on the scale be in control and determine your success - there are SO many other ways to determine success and 9 times out of 10 the scale won't be the one! Good luck and CONGRATS on the size 8!
