Excited, Nervous all in one!!!
I received my letter today from the clinic(PNC). Stating they have sent off my information to my insurance company for the approval. I am so nervous!!! They told me to give the insurance company(Healthpartners) 4 weeks to process. WHY so long!! that is torture. All my visits went well, I just need to bring up my iron a little. It was 11.8 and it should be 12.0. Well, I guess I will be spending this time to continue to learn more about eating post op. and how to cope with the new tummy. Thanks everyone for the info. and the encouragement. Keep me in your prayers. I pray this continue to go smooth.
YAY!! Ooooo, I so remember the nerves! Hang in there, keep busy, practice chewing and drinking water and the other rules!! Prayers going out for you!
Hugs

Time for the lucky chicken dance!!! (Peach - cute graphic, please!)
I wouldn't be too concerned with your iron level, it's not that low at all. When I had my hystericalectomy, mine was 6.8 the night before surgery. They just gave me a transfusion and proceeded as planned! Of course that was a very different surgery, I just share that to illustrate that your hemoglobin isn't alarming...
