If any of you get OH magazine, please read the article about the athletes. There is an amazing woman by the name of Sheila McNair, user name annnair on the boards. She has been competing in marathons, after losing a tremendous amount of weight with WLS. I work with her sister, who has been a constant source of support for me. Check it out, it is absolutley incredible. She ran the Chicago marathon last year, and she was at mile 16 when it was called off due to the heat, she had been training in the heat in Mississippi, so had no problems, and wanted to continue, but the race officls wouldnt let her. check her out, what an inspiration!!!
