The best and worst parts of WLS! The worst part for me are those CHEWABLE vitamins! UGH! Everything in else in the world is the BEST part of WLS!!! Everything else is WAY better! I don't think much about food. I have starting eating all kinds of yummy things and I don't have to feel guilty about eating too much! My clothes are getting loose and I have way more energy! Most of all I have met some of my favorite people in the whole world through this process! Never, did I think that was part of the wls package! I am blessed and so very thankful!

What a positive, upbeat post! (Actually, I don't mind the Centrum chewables.) For me the worst part is the hanging skin...yuck! But yes, everything else is great! And the best part are the friends from the board - a most unexpected blessing! Keep up the good work! I hope to get to meet you sometime... Debi

HIJACK - Now THAT looks like my friend Debi!!! YAY YOU for the new avatar! And Lisa? Just Do 'Em, honey! The chewables, that is. Small price to pay (what, 5-10 seconds/day?) for the necessary nutrition they give us! I know some do childrens, some to gummi vitamins, just make sure you get 'em in!!!

Hi Lisa Joy!

Not to worry my dear...those chewable vitamins won't be forever most likely. As soon as your pouch "matures" you should be able to handle normal vitamins and swallow them just fine. I can take any kind of horse pill now and have never gotten em stuck.

So - your worst part of WLS will soon be history!!! Woohoo!

Congrats on your success, it's always great to hear good news from the newbies.

Hi Lisa Joy........I don't mind the vitamins so much. I use Flinestone Chewables. The thing I hate the most is the saggy skin....ugh!! I wish I had money for plastic surgery!! The best part is feeling good and having energy to do so many more things. I like being so much smaller too. Your post was so nice...you are so positive and so sweet!! Hugs, connie d

I love my flinstones complete!!! They are like a little candy.....Get rid of the ugh o ones and get those......then EVERYTHING in the world will be the BEST.....
