Hey!!! Don't beat yourself up. I have to second what have already been said. Start one day at a time. If you enjoy writing, write down what you have ate in one week. The following week look at it and ask yourself, what one thing can I remove this week from this list? Work on conquering that one. And so on and so on. This does not happen over night, this is a process. I don't want to kick you, but I do want to encourage you. Know you are a beautiful, powerful person. And you are taking control of you life now. If you you don't pray, now is the time to talk to him up above. You don't have to have a big fantastic prayer. Just conversate with Him and he will see you through. Take care, stay sweet and stay in control. God bless!
Don't beat yourself up! As NIKE says "JUST DO IT"!! The toughest part is just starting it. And the more you practice now the easier it will be post op! Keep your eye on the prize!! YOU CAN DO IT
