I'm wondering about bras. I was on  a different forum where they were talking about being measured correctly.... a big topic on Oprah!! I am curious if anyone knows of a good place to get measured for the right size for us bigger folks? I can't really go to Victoria Secret because they don't carry my size. Thoughts?

nordstroms is supposed to have great measurers - also i have had it done at lane bryant

you don't have to buy them there - but you can get the right size identified

Good luck.  PS don't buy too expensive of ones - the "girls" tend to readjust themselves as you lose weight.

I love going to the hanes, bali outlet, one in North Branch and Albertville.  They measure too.  I have heard great things about Nordstroms, but their bras are pricey.

Nordstroms is the absolute best! I can't go to VIcky's either for bras. I found out I'm a 38DDD/E. Unfortunately I had to spend $65 for a bra, but at least it's comfortable, FINALLY!!

I've gone to the L'eggs, Bali, etc store at the Tanger outlet to get fitted.  Lane Bryant also fits you, ,my daughter worked there last year and was trained on how to fit people.  I would have to agree at this point, don't spend a whole lot on a bra, those babies are going to shrink and quickly after surgery.  Mine did anyway.

I'm goig to go to Macy's and get the oldest employee there.  If I don't find a good "comfortable" bra soon I'm just going to put tennis shoes on these stupid gold toed tube socks!!!! XXOO

Fitness is not about age or a size -- it's really about an attitude and life style!!!

Victoria's secret will still measure you, but I have measurements done at Lane Bryant and at the Hanes/Legg's/Bali outlet as well.... Good luck, but as others have said - don't spend too much on a bra as you will need to re-do the fitting about every month or so after surgery!
