It is liquid calcium coral. Drinkables it's called. I asked the pharmasist and he said it's the same as eating a chew. I tried it and it taste like heartburn medicine. It's better then eating the chews everyday. This is much easier. 30 servings outta there foe $8 .....I found it at walmart.
