If you need a cute summer dress....

Torrid.com has a good sale on their summer dresses (semi-formal/casual) for $9.99.   I thought this was a good deal and had to share. They look cute if you have any graduation parties, weddings, or something fun to wear a flirty dress too. Most of the sizes appear to be around 12 - 16  but there were a few styles that were 18+
