Take THIS SERIOUSLY!!!!
I also take my vitamins~everyday in the morning like clockwork. It is party of my daily routine and I never forget them. I don't want to get sick and I knew going into it you had to take them. I never would have had the surgery if I had no plans to take my vitamins knowing it was REQUIRED. I am just a huge stickler for following the rules and I feel like if you have this major life changing surgery you better realize that this is just going to be one HUGE requirement in your life like breathing or drinking water or sleep! Ok so that is just me and I am so glad that I do. Everything has went extremely well for me~ somedays I don't feel like I had surgery with the exception of the huge weight loss. OK enough of that now~ sorry to sound preachy! Thanks for the info.

Thanks for posting this. I HATE taking vitamins (they taste awful to me) I have them out on my desk at work to remind me but I sit and stare at them and don't take them. From this day forward I am committed to taking them on daily basis. This will be the reminder I'd rather suffer through the awful taste then the potential irreversible complications!

Hello Sandie,
Thanks for reminding everyone why it is so very important to take vitamins, just as previously stated by others I too take my vitamins. But, I was taking vitamins prior to surgery do to my diabetes so thankfully it was already a routine for me. But, it is truely helpful to hear the possibly issues it would cause if you don't take them on a regular basis.
God Bless,
Erika
