I've learned my lesson
I am dumping and it sucks, but I ate the Kashi Go Lean oatmeal before and it only has 6 grams of sugar in it. I think that this is coming from a midnight snack I had of some SF candy. After I ate it I knew I was going to pay some way or another and so threw the rest in the garbage. I woke up this morning with a very unhappy digestive system and was hoping that the oatmeal for breakfast might help calm it down. It did a little bit, but now I am dumping and feel like crap. So, needless to say there will be no more midnight snacks. As a matter of fact there will be no more snacks at all. I am going to go back to that since I have started having small snacks my weightloss has slowed. I need to do this, I can not sabbatoge what is conisdered the golden period of my weightloss. So, now that I have stated it here I am accountable for it. So going forward today I vow to have no more snacks, only to eat my 3 meals a day and if I am hungry before meal time I will drink water/crystal light or milk.
Thanks, it passed after about 30 minutes thank goodness, because I can not work when I am dumping! Yeah the SF candy had a lot of sugar alcohol, and I knew it was bad for me, I don't know why I ate it. But now it is out of the house and I am not buying any more. No more temptations. I have got to get some good solid patterns in place before I really blow this.
Oh Dear! I am sorry! Although, I still have moments where I forget to check the labels and 30 minutes after eating dump! Um, DUH!!! WHY O WHY?!?!?! And when will I learn??? Hang in there!
