Doing a LD today
To all of you that have had to do the LD, I give you much kudos & credit!
I decided to have only liquids today as I consumed way too much food this past week/end and just felt miserable. So far today I've had a protein shake, water, decaf coffee, green tea, and now I'm on to "lunch" which I'm having chicken broth that I over-peppered. eek
My tummy is grumbling but I'm not hungry. I told Linda Anne we'll see how long it takes before I get crabby - LOL - but so far so good. I just distract myself with a work task I like to do when I feel the urge to munch on something, if it's a task I dislike or get bored with easily, I find I'm more apt to reach for a snack. Big learning curve there for me. Again, if you have gone through this phase, my hats off to you!
