Good morning everyone!!  Just got one of those calls in the middle of the night from work saying there is a problem.  I told them to go home and i would take care of the issue when I get in.  Well, here i am can't get back to sleep!!  So here we go.  This week if you don't agree too bad was an awsome week to get outside and start that exercise program  to jump start your weight loss.  Remember we just have a tool and it won't work very long just all by it's self unless we add the exercise portion.  If anybody needs help with a very gradual to more intense work -out plan PM me.  I can work with you to set up something. I've done this for a couple friends as well.  So with that said how did we do last week?  Lose inches, lbs, or sanity because the kids were driving U crazy? Start- 235 Last week-147 This week 145 Total lost for ever- 90 Left till goal- 15 Have an awsome week, and put some kind of exercise into every day ;) Troy

Well, to be honest...I'm just starting out again. I've been sick with a high fever for the last 4 days, so I haven't seen the great weather yet. It looks nice though! :-) My surgery is not scheduled yet but will be about a month or two out... I have decided to get on back on WW now and start  a little exercise. That way I'll be used to it by the time surgery comes.

My physical therapist said to do 20 minutes of walking a day, at a comfortable pace.  My weight has been a big factor in weak ankles (sprained one 5 times), so I want to take it slow. I guess it's just hard to start... especially with the weather like this.

Eventually, my dream is to join some kind of fun class in the Twin Cities and go to it weekly.  It's easier to get me out if I am paying for individual lessons! :-)

Hope you can get back to bed!!

Good job to you Troy.  The weight just keeps melting off of you! Last week   153 Today   149.5 Lost 3.5 this week, total lost since surgery 75.5! 9.5 to get to my personal goal...I'm thinking about revising my personal goal down to 130-135.  We'll see how I feel at 140. It's getting so close!  It's almost scary, exciting but still scary...I haven't been this weight in over 20 years.  I've dreamed of getting to goal for so many years, I can't believe it's really going to happen and SOON!!!!  My biggest fear is gaining weight back. Makes me wonder if others that have reached goal have felt this way too, or if they are close to goal, if they feel this way now. I hope everyone has a great day today. Debi

Debi, you are doing great!!!! One item of advice before altering your goal.  Achieve it first and celebrate!!!!  Then revise and set another.  By achieving and then celebrating your achievement  you feel the real power of accomplishment :)  About the scared but yet excitied I'm there!! But I keep telling myself I have all this support and just a small little mountain to climb.  Get a hold of someone who is maintaining right now and ask all the question or concerns u might have.  Maybe they will offer to take you through the journey with them. Thanks Troy.  I think I will achieve my goal and celebrate then consider revising it.  I've been working so hard and I deserve to celebrate - I didn't celebrate getting into onederland, as I was just shortly out of surgery and feeling pretty miserable and really didn't care at that point.  I did celebrate 160 (my doc's goal for me), but had already decided on 140 so it really didn't feel like a huge accomplishment. Thanks for reminding me how important it is to celebrate along the way!!!  Debi
