Progress Update
So, two days out of the hospital and I'm doing pretty well. I over-did it yesterday - walking the dogs, cleaning, etc. I was sore this morning but had a shot of pain meds and seem to be back on track. I've tried to be a little easier on myself today. I did do some grocery shopping and I'm making soup tonight plus trying a cheesecake recipe from the back of a baking Splenda bag. Mostly I've just been enjoying the nice, WARM weather. We did do another walk with the dogs and I'm feeling good with some movement.
My diet is still in the soft stage, although I did try some chicken today and did well with it. I just want to take is slow and easy until I know exactly what I can and cannot handle.
Don & I are hoping to get to the Science Museum tomorrow and then maybe some shopping on Sunday.
Hope everyone is doing well!!

Shannin...it is great that you are doing so well after all you went through. Take it slow and easy....no more overdoing it okay. Give yourself time.
It sure has been beautiful outside these last couple days. I can't blame you for going on a walk. I love having the windows open. It feels good to get some fresh air in here.
