That is quite the list in a short amount of time! Huge congrats on the many accomplishements. I have to admit, i am a bit jelous that you get the rest of the day off. It is soooo beautiful out!

28" waist - woo hoo!!!  I am also doing a wolf whistle, because I know you must look pretty darned hot!! (let your wife know I am old enough to be your Mother, LOL) You are a poster child for what men can accomplish when they have the surgery.  I think it must be hard for men to relate to women's success at times, but when another guy posts, it is easier to digest.   Keep up the exercise and healthy eating - you are setting a wonderful example for your children!!
