Sunny days and a box full of WOWS
Good afternoon, I hope all of you either have taken the opportunity to get outside and sprinkle yourselves with some sun or you plan on doing this after work. Let me tell ya first hand I left work early today( partly because I have 47 hrs in already) to partake in the "Soaking of the Sun". It really livens the soul!!! Any ways I have a box of WOW moments I'd like to share with you all. I'm comming up on three month post-op on the 11th:
1. I no longer wear xxl, xl, l shirts. they now have to be Mediums!
2. I've went from 38" waist to a 28"
3. I went from walking a couple of blocks to running 4.6miles per day!
4. No more blood pressure meds'
5. No more CPAP
6. I've been promoted
7. I'm eating healthy and teaching others that ask how to eat better.
8. I'm a better father, husband, brother, son because I've found the real Troy behind all of that.
Just remember dream big set goals and never say "I can't" because if u try u will truley be amazed at what you can do.

Troy,
Isn't it just gorgeous outside. I love it. I took a 2.5 mile walk/jog.
Congrat's on all your "WOW's." Your look great! You have done an amazing job, your family should be proud.
Hopefully someday I get to meet you. So far I've only ventured to the MG coffee's, but someday I will make the trek to Eagan.
Keep up the good job, Kelly

"I really don't want to wax philosophic, but I will say that if you are alive, you've got to flap your arms and legs, you've got to jump around a lot, you've got to make a lot of noise, because life is the very opposite of death." Mel Brooks
Troy, you are such an inspiration to all of us. You have done such a fabulous job with your tool. I can't believe how nice it was out. I did make it out. And now I have Spring fever. I think I may just hit the streets this weekend with my iPod to get some good walking time in. I still haven't started running yet. Maybe I'll start that now that the weather is nice again. Hmmm...........
Hugs,
Lori
