3 month post op appt...

So I had my 3 month post op appt. yesterday and could sing from the roof tops. Something like " the hills are alive with the sound of music" sorry that may stick. But that's how I feel alive! So here's the scoop on the appt.I have lost 6 inches from my waist, 10 inches from my hips and have lost 47% of my excess weight. My blood pressure is longer high and I don't need my acid refux/gerd meds any more. And to top it all off I'm down 70 lbs. There's that song again! Thank you all for your support you have truely been the best thing to help me through all of this.
