Oh, ok. Was that also the time you were put on the 2 week liquid diet (assuming you did that) or was that at a different appt.? I don't even get to meet with the sergeon utill my ins. approves the surgery. And yeah I did have my psych evaluation done, altho I was allowed to see any shrink I wanted to so I decited to go to one I had a few years ago when my husband and I were having trouble. Well he put things in the report that he really did not need to about my past, things that arn't even relavent now, like how I drink too much coffee and have marital problems. I talked to him about that more than 3 years ago! That is not true today. He also said that I am depressed. I can't figure out how I came off depressed in a one hour session sitting watching him read all his notes on me from 3 years ago, Whatever!
So anyhooo, I hope I don't have to do a whole lot of tests b4 I can go ahead with surgery. Waiting is so hard.....

Who is your surgeon?
For me - i had to go to a pre-surgery class after i met with the surgeon - and then they explain the after care and what will happen with the surgery etc. They also talk about the liquid diet.
When you have a surgery date - they will also tell you when you need to start your liquid diet. Have you met with Liz the dietician yet? She is awesome.
