Shannin update, Tuesday Evening

Hey all, I visited Shannin at the hospital after work tonight. She had surgery around 3pm and was back in her room by 6pm. They did a laproscopic procedure (6 new incisions). They found an adhesion near her "Y" connection and removed it. She's looking great, feeling good and she'll probably check out tomorrow. She thanks you all for your kind words. She can read the message board on her handheld, but it's hard for her to post from it, so I told her I would update you. Aloha

Jen, thanks for the update! "after work" means you're back in the work force again---Congratulations! Shannin, Once you get back to posting--let us know your symptoms and other details. You've been doing so well for so long, that this is really a surprise. Some of us further-out people are interested in hearing what happened. Meanwhile, take care! (And don't rush back to work!) Thanks for the update, glad to hear she's doing good. I do have a question? Is this normal or abnormal for an adhesion? I've never heard of someone this far out with complications. Thanks for any info. Kelly
