T-Shirts

Well I guess our shirts are a possible copy right infringement because of the term girls gone wild.   If people still think that shirts are a good idea I can make a couple of new designs and put them up this week.  Maybe even 1 that says Baker 08 on the back or something.   Let me know what you all think.

So what happens if you've already ordered one?  Maybe I should check my email to see if they cancelled my order.

I think it depends on what status your order is in.  If it was still pending it might not go through.  They will definately notify you if you won't be getting your order.   I'm not positive but I think once it's past the pending stage they make it and ship it no matter what. Let me know if you get it or not.

there is a 30 day money back gaurentee so you can send them back for a refund if you don't want them.   They may become a collectors item since there were only a few made though.  They might be worth millions a few years from now.

I would love to have something, what can we do different to get the t-shirts made?

Well we could decide what we want it to say.  I can make anything we would just need to choose a different phrase that isn't girls gone wild. If people want to go back to OH bad girls we could do that.  If you want to come up with something completely new we could do that too. I guess everyone should put their vote in and we can decide from there.

So it's the "girls gone wild" that is a trademark, not the "OH"? If that's the case I wouldn't mind OH bad girls, everyone else should chirp in to.

The film company that makes the girls gone wild dvd's has the phrase trademarked.   OH without the birds next to their logo is technically just the word OH so it is not trade marked.  We would not be able to add the bird design next to the OH because that could be a possible trademark infringement.
