Wow, Lisa is really a good conscience, isn't she? I'm not sure I can help because I've been in the same boat lately.  I know that my carbs are craving more carbs and I have to knock that out of my system.  I've started to drink more protein shakes, something I'm not fond of, but need.  I also have to yell at myself and say JUST STOP IT!!  DID YOU HAVE SURGERY JUST TO EAT LIKE A DUPA AGAIN!!!  (Sometimes I have to swear in Polish.)  Maybe we need to sit back and ask ourselves....what's REALLY going on here?  When I find out the answer, I'll let you know. Love yourself Tracy, just like we do, and BELIEVE!

Okay Edi...here goes...I strongly believe that I can fight this another day..right now I want to keep eating!!!  JUST KIDDING!  I think I might have to do the 5 day pouch test just to detox myself from the carbs.  Maybe I'll stop at GNC on my way home and pick up some protein shakes.  Definitely let me know if you figure out how to curb the head stuff - in the mean time...anyone know how expensive a Labotomy is???  Maybe that will work! LOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOL Have a good one honey!

I get the muchies too. That is the night when I eat about 5 popsicles, or I make deviled eggs. I am not very good supprt for this one, I EAT through my munchies, but I make good munchie decisions.

I dunno how good of a consciense I am, but I've got 4 kids and am damn good at giving orders, and setting ppl on the straight and narrow LOL besides it gives me a chance to remind myself those things.

Hooo boy, I hear ya.  All I can say is...PUT DOWN THE CARBS, THEY ARE WICKED AND EVIL.  I had a bad few days with the leftover easter candy, so I can relate.  Try to make better choices-protein fills you up more/longer so it is harder to stuff the carbs in. I caught myself eating snackies today and ran and got some cheese-now I don't want anything else because I feel full-and it will last.  I tell myself I can have some jelly beans or whatever AFTER I eat my protein, and then I cant fit it all in without hurting (sometimes that works, sometimes I feel the pain and swear off trying to eat everything in sight) water is always a good choice, but it doesn't help with the crunchie munchies- You have done so well-and you look fabulous-you can beat this!! loveya, lynn

I've had a few issues with mindlessly popping naughty things in my pie hole as well.  Damn jelly beans, frickin' chocolate eggs...   I haven't done much, but am mad for the poor choices I HAVE made.  The garage full of Girl Scout cookies hasn't bothered me, thank god - in my former life, I could kill a box of Samoas before the wrapper even hit the ground!  So I KNOW I'm doing better, but still...   must break out the pepperjack cheese and jerky.  If I'm gonna nibble, it's going to be something HEALTHY!!! Bless you, Tracy...  You'll kick this monster in it's arse, too.  Just stay aware.

Tracy, I'm not a lot of help either. As you know I struggle with the same issues, but it's good you posted about it, because at least for that moment you were not putting something in your mouth. I'm sure you already know to keep yourself busy and that helps a little, but also make sure your taking your meds, or maybe your not on the right one. When I take my Adderall it quiets the voice (grazing monster) in my head. Good Luck, I hope today is a better day for you.
