April Fool's Ideas??

Ok...tomorrow is April fool's day and I am at a loss...I haven't thought of a single trick to pull on my family.   They will be waiting for it as I do it every year.   Anyone have any good ideas or stories?    One year i took the filling out of oreo cookies and put toothpaste back in.   Another year I sewed all of my husband's underwear together so when he took one pair out of his drawer they all came out.  I've put the rubber band around the sprayer handle on the fawcet and got my kids with that one.   So...something harmless but fun is what I'm looking for.

My 8 year old pulled that one me already. She did the old rubber band around the sink sprayer. So when I turned the water on, whammo, I got soaked. Worst part is I forgot to take the band of and got it twice-not to smart am I.

Another popular one in my house is the shaving cream in the hand, then you tickley their face with a peice of string or hair.

you can always fake them out and get your family on April 2. They will spend a whole day wondering and then the next day when their guard is down.....

Okay, this isn't for your family...but some good ones to pull on your co-workers is to put a post-it under their mouse so the track ball or laser can't move.  OR change the "N" and "M" keys on those co-workers that use the "hunt & peck" method for typing.  I don't suggest doing this on laptops though - I broke one two years ago. Have fun!

ooh!!!   I love it!  I just did the mouse one on my co-worker!  Best part is, I won't be in tomorrow - I have a morning meeting off-site, and then Bailey's 2nd BTW training in the early afternoon!    I suck at coming up with pranks, believe it or not...  HA!!!!

Ok, in my family my Mom's birthday was April 1st so we have had alot of fun ideas over the years. My most favorite and it may work, is decorate a metal cake pan or make a popcorn cake and decorate it like a birthday cake or 'desert' or something for your family??? We also have taken the bathroom toilet and put siran wrap on the lid. Not the best, but it was funny..... We got one of those trick glasses, looks like etched glass, but it was really a whole nad when she drank she would spill all over herself!!!  Oh, the memories, really miss Mom...She was such a great sport!!!  Have fun!!  CarolN

I'm heard the cake one and think I may actually do it but I was told to get a round sponge like you use to wash your car with and frost it.    My 15 yr old loves cake hehehehe...and he's the first one home in the afternoon.    My 18 yr old is the 2nd one up in the monring with me being the 2nd...I'm going to put dish soap in the toilet lol.   Ohhhh I love this day!!!

We love April fools at my house!!! The pranks go on all day and evening! some I have done in the past.... made a bowl of cereal then froze it for my 5 year old.. the next morning add a little more milk to make it look "normal"  freeze dead bugs in ice cubes and put them in my daughters glass sent my son on a wild goose chase in search of ALL of his clothes... some were indoors some outdoors had my sister come over in sexy pj's and crawl into bed with the hubs and ask if he was ready for the other sister... LOL this one was hysterical! left a condom filled with lotion on my sisters pillow (when we were teenagers) I've had my bras filled with cream cheese everything in my office turned upside down ect Happy April Fools all!!!
