Lori You are doing awsome!!!  Just remember that because you got this tool doesn't mean you are perfect?  We all have things we need to work on other wise we would all lead a perfectly normal bland life with no goals or aspirations.  I believe in you:) Ucan do it!!! Troy

Troy, The warmer air really did help out mentally didn't it.

Here is my weigh-in:

Starting: 225 lbs,  Day of:201 lbs, Last week: 164, Today 163.5

I'm anxious to get to the 150 lb mark.  Just curious as to how you are feeling about 17 lbs away from goal?  I'm not sure what my "goal" weight is going to be.  I started at a goal of 150 lbs but now I'm seriously considering 125 lbs since I'm less than 3 months post op and having good success.

Take care,

Becky

Becky first and foremost you are doing a terrific job!!!  as for how i feel about being only 17lbs. away? Let me tell you that 130lbs. is a goal i set for myself pre-surgery back in April 07.  My thought was this is where i wanted to be by the time i turned 40 in July of 08'.Once i hit this goal i have other goals related to my weight loss that i'm also working on to be successful.  After those goals are met I'll need to make some more.  because life right now where i'm at is way way way to short to worry about what happens after i hit my goal.  Now is the time 'm enjoying life for everything it brings in front of me.  Let me tell ya the 150lb mark was very liberating:) And finally a very good friend of mine once told me to be successful you need to believe in yourself! For the first time in my life I truley believe in me! Troy

Hi Troy....I am behind a day again. I am at my daughters in St. Paul so I didn't get on the board yesterday. When I could get on OH wasn't working. I am bummed...still at 136.4...just can't get that extra 1.8 pounds off.  No loss this week...total loss 105.8 in 7 months....I shouldn't be complaining. Hugs, connie d
