Monday Weigh-In
Good morning, afternoon and evening for whenever you get to read this post. Taking a look at this week we saw a string of days in the 40's which i know helped my mental wellbeing and the opportunity to exercise outside. Now we all have a challenge with the snow comming back one more time!!! Push through this one last time and then you owe it to yourself to get out side. Take that walk and get the fresh air and the time you need for inner reflection. This will help you to push through the winter blahs and get you back on track. So with that I past a small mile stone this week:
Starting -235lbs
Day of- 199lbs
Last week-151lbs
Today- 147 lbs.
broke the 150lbs. mark and now only have 17 lbs. to goal then I work on a whole new set of rules.
Love you all, have agreat week
Troy
Morning Troy !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
You are right about mentally getting over that next snow coming, we have had a challenging winter forsure. I for one am so tired of the physical battle to stay warm now that I am thinner.
With that said this wont last and as I say to myself all the time.............. thee too shall pass.....
So I will cuddle in one last time... read my bible.. and thank God for all the gifts he's given me.
Start Weight 263
This morning 120!!!!!
Start Weight - 263
Current Weight 135 and making it work for ME !
I'm sick of winter too!!! But at least it's a short lived snow today......But I also believe (from past winters and springs where I don't get outside any way!!!) we have at least one more before April 15th --- Did I mention "TAXES SUCK".
No loss during last week. But at least I'm not gaining. Now I gotta just get this stress eating head hunger to stop messing me up!!!!
XXOO
P.S. Linda Anne --- We all miss you bunches and hope you are back soon. Love ya girlie!!!
Deb, 2.5 lbs, 2.5 inches, 2.5 more smiles, 2.5 less BMI, 2.5 more miles you can walk, run, jog!!! As you first posted this number I kinda maybe know what you were sayin. Man only 2.5 this week. But if you look at all the other reasons and there is more. 2.5 is a Great Number!!!! I am so proud of your accomplishments so far.... I'll race you to your goal? Troy
Troy you are sweet! Thanks for the uplifting message.
Isn't it strange how just a few months ago I would have been thrilled for 2.5lbs lost in one week???? And now it's like, Oh man, ONLY 2.5, am I eating too much, not working out enough, is my weight loss stopping already, have I stretched my tool, and on and on...
I need to be reminded that 2.5lbs in 1 week is great and puts me 2.5lbs closer to my goal....
Last year at this time, I would have NEVER guessed I would be 13lbs from my goal (well, actually, before the surgery my goal was 160, so I am 7lbs under my previous goal). I have not been this weight since my son was a baby and he is going on 22!! So, yay me!!
Thanks again for your cheerleading. It really helped me put this into perspective.
