Duluth Coffee

hey everyone.. i really looked forward to meeting up with all of you today, i really did. my son was put on new medication yesterday for his ears and he had a bad reaction late last night. so needless to say we have been in the e.r and we just got home about an hour ago. i hope you all had a great meet up and i can't wait for the next one. how often is there a coffee meet up in duluth? anyways.. i hope you all have a great weekend.  take care, juliana

Sorry to hear about your son...hope things are getting better and you get some good rest.   We had a great time but were wondering what happened to you.   We were talking about doing it once a month but I'm up for as often as anyone else wants to do it.   Personally I'd love to do it more often than that.   I don't get out much can you tell???  LOL

Hey Guys  we had a blast to.  thank you for letting us invite ourselves.  We defineatly plan on coming back again, and are talking May sometime.   Hopefully we are planning on an overnight stay.   We didn't get home until around 11 p.m. that night, counted over 300 deer on the highway,    And wow did I spend money $$$$$.  I think I hit close to $1,000.00 and would you beleive I only spent something like $17 on myself, and of all places at the GoodWill just up the road from Perkins..  Very unusal for me, I'm a shop aholic, . Sorry I couldn't post earlier, but we are renovating our bathroom, with a onepiece bath/shower that I bought on my trip there.  so between all the drywall dust , and painting, I am finally seeing the light at the end of the tunnel. Sweet Sue you missed a good time!  But I said HI to everyone for you.  And I even seen a very nice butterfly tattoo, that I heard you opted out of not doing.  Party pooper! Anyways, just wanted to drop a line, to say HI, and hope to see you all again in May. susanna 

Happy you guys had fun and really look forward to seeing you again!! Hubby and I travel up and down the shore quite a bit as his mom lives up in Finland... those deer drive me nuts!  I"m a nervous wreck when we get home.  I understand they are heading to the lake for water and eating salt off the sides of the road... spring and fall... *shudder!*

Juliana, I was wondering what had happened, we both know what its like to have a bad reaction to medication.   I hope he's doing better and look forward to seeing you again..... hopefully sooner than later.  I definately agree that we should have coffee more often or even other gatherings. Hi. Well i saw your post. I hope your little one is ok. It's scary to have a little one have any kind of medication / any allergic reaction to anything. I hope you all are ok.  A tad off subject but I have ractions and my son does also.  we both need epi pens. His throat closes off and mine also. If the only advice I could ever give to anyone is PLEASE carry benadryl in your purse, car ect ect the strips are great ( they dont freeze in you car)   this could save a life.
