Who wants to .......

Hi Sandie!!!! I haven't talked with you for so long!  You are looking so good!!! I'm coming up on a year here and struggling at a plateau.......my own fault.  But I saw your 5 day pouch test invite and I want to do it with you too. I haven't eaten anything yet so I will start today.  Is that when you all started? I have my 1 year doctor visit in a couple weeks and sure would like to be a few pounds lighter.  And I got rid of all the Easter candy CRAP that we certainly didn't need here!!!! So what are you going to do....message each day and see how we are all doing?  Let's give it our all and see if we can get back to basics and feel great! Good talking to you!! Jolene

HEY GF!!!!  WOW!  You look great too!  AMazing what a year can do!! Yep!  I will be posting everyday to "see" how we all are doing.  We all need to get back to the basics to help keep us on track!  Do you live close to Debi?  If so you should carpool with her on next Saturday and come to the NB coffee as we have an awesome guest speaker coming!!!  Think on it!~  Talk to you Mon
