Lifetime Fitness and working out
I joined Anytime Fitness and work out there 6 days a week. I do 30 minutes of cardio... 10 on treadmill, 10 on bike and 10 on eliptical. then I rotate every other day on the circuit machines. ending each workout with 200 crunches and stretching.
I walked M-F during my lunch break now that it's nice outside and do yoga twice a week.

I just joined LA Fitness in Edina. Due to recent major back surgery, I'm only doing the treadmill and recumbant bike for now, about 10-15 minutes eatch. That's what my physical therapist has me on, so I don't want to start anything else unless they think it's okay. I think I could do the elliptical and stair-stepper, though.
