WOO HOO FOR FRIDAYS!! Wanna do the Friday dance with me? 
The weekend is about here. Do you have big plans? Us? Just a birthday party for a friend and a band awards luncheon. Other than that, RELAXATION!! It's going to be 80* here today and the windows are all open. Spring has sprung! WOOP!
Our challenge today is to be more outgoing. When we were obese, overweight, and bigger, we didn't want to see anyone. Most of us were in our shells. Well, it's time that we, if we haven't already, break out of that shell! COME ALIVE! Start being more outgoing. Break that old you habit of sinking in. Hiding isn't part of you any longer. You are thinner! You are better looking! You are beautiful. Summer is coming and what better attitude to have! Right? Many of us have or are headed to goal and what better way to treat yourselves than to BE MORE OUTGOING! I dare you! Have some boldness!
So, who's up? What cha sipping on? Me? I am enjoying some wonderful Harry & David Moose Munch Tripple Chocolate. MAN OH MAN is this stuff good! I'll have to save some for the Bama Reunion. If I were you, I WOULND'T MISS IT THIS YEAR!
