Anyone going to the Duluth Support Group Tonight??

I believe the SMDC general support group is tonight at 6pm in the 2nd floor auditorium.   Is anyone out there going?    I think I'm going to force myself off my work computer early and go tonight.   I really need to get my butt in gear and get more exercise and eat better.

Great!!!   There usually are quite a few there pre surgery....good way to hear stories and get info on what to expect etc...    I haven't been there in probably a yr...I need this I think!!   Hope to see you there.
