My 3 month appt. went great
My 3 month appt. was today, I was a little nervous. I don't know why.....
My blood pressure is normal, no medicine taken for that since surgery
My aches & pains are all gone
I've lost a total of 70 pounds, with a BMI now at 27
The nurse said I'm doing great and I should be at my goal weight by my 6 month appt.
Thanks to all of you for being there & supporting me. It really does help out to talk to other people going through the same things. Thank You KellyAnn for being my daily check in support, it's really meant alot to me. There are so many of you that are such an inspiration, keep up the great work. And to Randall, your daily posts are wonderful, keep it up.
Thank You, Kelly

Way to go, Kelly! I'm so glad it went well. The next three months will breeze by, too. With all the nice weather which should be around the corner. What a great summer it will be when you are able to enjoy the outdoors!!!
Now we will just have to work to get your avatar updated. That picture of you on vacation with your family - Wonderful! You look so sun filled and full of energy. KellyAnn
Congratulations, Kelly! Quite a ride already, eh? You're doing FABULOUS!
As for being nervous? A lifetime of dreading the doctor's office (AND THE SCALE WITHIN) isn't something you can just flush with the surgery. You have to unlearn it. And frankly, I'm not sure that's entirely possible - at least for me, the dread is pretty deeply ingrained. But it's WAY BETTER when you see the number on the scale DROPPING instead of going UP!!!
WTG!!!
