AND IT IS LATE!! Man! I must have been getting some awesome sleep! LOL I slept so soundly. I guess that is what love does for ya huh! HEHEHEHE Actually, last week's Spring Break spoiled me. I'm up now though and ready to get the day going!
Our challenge today is to stay connected. To what you may ask. Stay connected with this board! With your OH Friends and SUPPORT! If we don't stay connected with an awesome support group or OH, we tend to lose focus. We tend to not eat right. Not excercise. Not do what we know what to do. Eventually, we will start to get out of the GOOD habits. We start to gain. NOT GOING TO HAPPEN! Let's stay connected! I see Obesity Help as ONE HUGE FAMILY networking together. Helping each other. So, I dare you to stay connected!

Good Morning... its been awhile since I have posted... but I thought I should stay connected. I am one of the ones that have lost touch. I am not drinking anything that sounds that good- just a bottle of diet Mountain Dew and my trusty bottle of water. I admit... I have let life get away from me a bit. I virtually work two jobs and kids... I don't have time for a lot of things... so eating when I can becomes the thing to do.....Anyway... Glad to see your post this morning and every morning! I am a lurker usually.
