My 3 month appt. is tomorrow

What can I expect at this appointment? I don't know why, but I'm nervous. Kelly

Don't be nervous.  I didn't go thru that clinic, but I am sure they will just check your progress and help you with any issues that you have. 

Kel - don't be nervous, they are probably going to rave about you! Post back so we know how it went for you.

Don't be worried. I'm sure that they will tell you how fabulous you are doing!! You are only 30 pounds from goal at 3 months. How much better can it get?!!  Meridee P.S. Here's the new pic
