I feel like I have been run over by a semi....
I woke up this morning and I feel horrible!!!!!!! It literally takes all the energy I have to hold my head up...my body aches, I have the chills....arrrrrrrrrggggggggg. And of course I wasnt able to stay home today, have to work...I just want to go home and cuddle in my bed.
Could I be feeling this way due to not eating enough protien or ??? Yesterday I had a salad for lunch and dinner...it was a bit crazy yesterday so that was the easiest to make. I did have turkey cut up in it, but that probably wasnt enough protien???
Feeling this way sux, I have so much to do, but not enough energy to do anything...need to force myself!!!
Thanks for any advice you can give m

I have never heard of a lack of protein causing chills and aches. Sounds like you're coming down with a bug.
After WLS, it's easy to try and pin every ache and pain on the surgery....when sometimes it's just the old fashioned crud!
Hope you feel better soon!

It's better to be imperfectly happy than perfectly unhappy.
I had my surgery in Oct. and I've had countless colds and flu like symptoms this year.. I"m guessing due to surgery a lowered immune system is to blame. I doubt your salad would be the reason. up your vit. C and water. rest if you can doll... your still healing!
