Nutritional values
Is there a website that I can find out the calories and proteins of foods on? Like today for lunch, I had a salad from the salad bar, but I have no idea of what I ate nutritionally speaking.
BTW dipping your fork in the dressing and then grabbing salad is AWESOME!!! I would have poured all that dressing on and now I see that I used only about 1/3 of the dressing I normally would have!!!!
Paula, I have used 'fitday.com' since I started this journey. I like it because I can go back to the recnet foods list again and reenter my common foods!! Another suggestion for foods that i must have, is carrots and apples. I too love apples with peanut butter and I have even ate carrots and peanut butter together as a dip..... To quit smoking I used Chantix and next month actually makes it a whole year for me, which for me is awesome! Have you checked with your Doctor to see if you can take that? Good Luck CarolN
