Cheri, What an awsome way to start your journey by getting that body ready for daily exercise!!! Any pre surgery exercise is going to take you along way. Like U I am 5'1 and i was 235 lbs. If it wasn't for me to start exercise a couple days a week I wouldn't be at 151 in less than 3 months. You keep up the positive proactive exercise. Remember the end is near for the old u. the new You is just begining.

Lost 123 and in a size 8!!! Finally found the camera cord, so posted a new pic and got an avatar again. Troy, you are doing amazing. I actually ran to the car the other day, and was in absolute shock. My daughter was beaming and said, Mom, you actually just ran. I wasn't in the least bit out of breath. It was a true WOW moment.
Nicole, you are truleydoing GReat!! Keep running, running to your goals and dreams. Remember you are successfull and you are incredible for running to your car. 123lbs lost that is incredible! are you in the maintain stage or are you at goal? Either way you look good in the new avatar.
