Combining Swapkins and Get Together

How would eveyone feel if we combined our swapkins with a family / support get together?  We are trying to find a date that will work for everyone and April 26th seems to work for everyone and Linda (Lafoster)n has gracefully offered to have it at her house.  What a sweet girl!  Let me know thoughts here people

I'm going to try and come to the Swapkins, hopefully my hubby will come with, depends on if we can get a babysitter. This sounds like so much fun, great idea! And so nice of Linda. Will there be a sign up sheet or something for pot luck? Kelly

Sounds great to me...I hope my daughter or sister can come....I'd love them to get to meet the people I RAVE about all the time.

I think a riverboat ride on the St. Croix this fall sounds awesome! I know that has nothing to do with the April timeframe, but just throwing it out there as an alternative suggestion as I know my DH personally would not want to be at an event where girls were trying on clothes and ooohhhing and aaaahhhing, etc.

We had talked about a wii tournament too - and I have a pretty big house and yard - so the clothes stuff could be a part of it.  Just a thought. 

I'm with you Amy, My DH is ultra supportive of me running around in smaller sizes but surrounded by a group of women doing that would terrify him LOL according to him all subjects come full circle to bra's and birthing babies LMAO he so cracks me up!

I love the idea of a riverboat down the St. Croix.  We have always talked about it but have never did it. 

Date won't work for me, I will be in CA watching my stepson graduating from Marine bootcamp and then on the way home, meeting my 1st grandbaby.  I may send some clothes with someone though,  you all have a great time.

I still have it penciled in for that date...just tell me where and what time.
