HELP! Roxicet makes me want to puke!

If it were me, I would ask to switch to Percocet...the pill form of Roxicet. Then break the pills. They dissolve very fast so you shouldn't have any problem. I always ask for Percocet. However, if the reason you are feeling sick is not related to the syrupyness, then you need to ask your surgeon for a different family....worth asking. Bottom line, don't ask for med advice from us...ask your surgeon.

I hated the pains meds soooo much I stopped taking them and just took it easy. But I also didn't have a lot of pain.
If you really just can't plug your nose, down the meds, and then drink a cover up liquid, you'll have to go to the ER to get something else .... but make it a pill you can split into pieces. XXOO
