What do you think contributed to reaching (probably exceding) your goal?
I've never been a goal setter. I'm following the program and just seeing where I end up.
It would be fun to set a mini-goal. But I don't know where to start and what I should do extra to achieve it. I mean...it's not like I can cut back on food...so I'm assuming exercise is a way to help. I'm on the treadmill 30 min/day, hoping to up time or incline incrementally (sp?) as I heal.
