You all sure did a nice job of keeping this seat on the losers bench ready for me.  I LOVE it here!  Everything went fabulous!  The worst part for me was waking up and the time afterwards in the recovery room.  After that it's been a piece of cake!   (I mean, a sip of broth)    I am sltill really sleepy becasue my Roxaset (sp) has codiene in it.  I don' really have pain, but there is discomfort that is annoying so I am choosing to take this for atleast today!    How did you know when you were ready to switch to plain tylenol?   Thanks for all the wonderful warm wishes, my hubby printed them at home and brought them to the hospital for me to read.  :O)  That was fun!  Thank you!

Nice of your hubby to bring our wishes to the hospital. how do you feel sleeping in your own bed. Everyone seems so anxious to get in their own bed. I loved the hospital bed and the room service!

Woo Hoo Lisa Joy!!  Welcome to the bench. I only took about 1-2 doses of pain meds once I was home.  Never needed to use Tylenol (watch out for added sugar if using liquid).  But I would say IMHO if your discomfort is between 1-5 use the Tylenol...if it is more like 5-10 use the liquid meds. Welcome home, rest up.

Welcome Home, Lisa Joy, So happy that all went well for you.  I had the nicest note from your sister.  Gosh, she is as nice as you are nice.  (Well, maybe not quite, but we won't tell her....TeeHee). What a great hubby to print off your mail and bring the wishes to you.  The notes from the Board are always so uplifting and make one feel so good.  Well, you take it easy for a while now.  Drink, sip, rest. sleep and let the family take care of you.  By the way, your "textbook surgery" success has been passed on to Michelle.  Jim said to say "Hi" and said you will probably be down to a Size 2 and he won't recognize you if he every sees you again.  I told him he probably would inasmuch as you and Michelle are good friends.  Wanted to share that with you. Still keeping you in my prayers and always will..................... Hugs Sprinkled With Lots Love And Protein...................................... From:       "Mom" a.k.a. "Granny Eileen" a.k.a. Welcome home!!!!!  I took chewable tylenol and some liquid tylenol, the sugar did not bother me, I mean you are only taking in 2 ounces....so anyway it didnt bother me.  10 days out here, was able to take regular tylenol after a few days, just had to get used to swallowing again here.  I am doing great, you will too!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Your hubby sounds like a fantastic man, what a sweetie.

So glad that you are home, safe and sound.  Get all the rest you can now, because soon enough, your energy won't be able to hold you down.   I milked the Roxaset for 3 or 4 days at least,  mainly saving it for at night.  If you need it, take it - no pain promotes good healing. Big hug to you, sweetie!!!
