HUGE WOW for me!!!!!

OK - I am 3 years out the end of August.  I am almost 58 years old.  This morning, I got up reluctantly, had 2 large cups of hot tea & checked out the OH board.  I jumped in the shower & when I got out I was feeling really energetic.  It was too late to get to the gym before work.  I have been really bummed at an 11 lb. regain & have been trying to get back to basics - (lost 2 of the lbs last week).  Anyway - I wondered if I could move while I was getting ready for work.  I tried jogging in place, & I COULD DO IT!!!!!!!!  I haven't run or jogged since I was about 10!  I was jogging all over the house!  It was amazing!  I couldn't wait to call DH & tell him.  Good thing the kids were at school - they would have roared!!  Anyway - it was HUGE for me.  Now I think I will try & jog on the treadmill  at the gym.  We'll see......... That is super!  I remember the same feeling when I found I could jog (I only do 1-2 minute intervals).  Good luck with getting those 9 pounds off again...you can do it!
