So, this morning I decide to call the surgeon's office to see if they submitted my stuff to insurance! I psyched myself up saying it is ok if they haven't yet. Well, I am APPROVED!!! They got a verbal approval on Tuesday. How quick was that, since I only had seen the surgeon on Friday. I started crying and my stomach started turning. Like it knew something was going to happen to it. Have been calling everybody who knows to tell them. The office will not set a date until they have the paper in hand. Just called to see. I should have my paper by Monday, Tuesday at the latest. WOOHOO!!!! I am so excited, I don't want to go to work, I want to celebrate, celebrate. HEHE. Thank you to all of you that have given me your well wishes through this step of the process. It is all becoming so real. All the hard work I have done the last 7 months is finally paying off.

Anita - that is awesome news!

If I can make one recommendation - since it is a holiday weekend - and the waiting sucks - call you insurance and confirm that you are approved - then have them fax a confirmation letter to your doctors - that is what i did and I was able to get scheduled once they had the written confirm. If you are nice to the insurance when you call they will be nice and do it for you!

plus waiting through a weekend will just make you more nervous :)
