A WOWZER moment!

TY Christi:) This support and encouragement along with eagerness from my whole family to get healthier has energized me.  I'm hopein  that i broke the family legacy of obesity and heart disease with death before 50 in my family.

Linda, TY:)  I tell you what.  It wont be long and those thighs we talked about a couple weeks ago.  Well they will be smaller than my waist I promise you that.  Sip Sip walk walk rest.  Remember you have one helluva angel on your side:)

Way to go Troy!!!!! Running, what a concept!!! I know I did a job a couple of weeks ago and about floored myself when I didn't hack up a lung!!!! I know it's a great feeling!!!! Keep your son going. Your whole family will be better in the long run. Are you gonna be at coffee Saturday? I am hoping to make it. Right now the prospects look good.
