Today I wore my size 29 jeans! I have not fit into this size since my junior year in high school!!!! I feel great and my 12 yr old son ran 3 miles with me tonight! Yea! I finally have a running partner. Attention pre/post-op's Follow the rules, don't cheat, get support, set goals and write them down, set a schedule and finally "dream". Troy

Yay for you!!!!! That's a HUGE milestone and you must be so very proud of yourself. Kudos to your son too for exercising and helping out dad. What a great family you have!!!!

I sooo understand you there!! Follow the rules to a tee and reap the rewards!!! WHI*****ludes hard work and discipline! I just got told this past weekend "easy for you because YOU took the easy way out"..........if they only knew how it IS NOT the easy way!!
