Update on me....
Well, tomorrow I have my last dietician appt and get to meet the surgeon. I am nervous and excited at the same time. After the appt they will be submitting to insurance, so PLEASE, pray that everything goes ok. At my appt last month, I was almost in tears talking about the risks and the thought of leaving my babies. I was feeling guilty to be taking this risk. The physician assistant was so nice and understanding and told me that I was doing the most unselfish thing that I could do for my family. She made me feel so much better. I am so happy to have made this decision. I am looking forward to a healthier me and looking forward to be participating in my childrens life, not just being on the sidelines. Again, wish me luck on the approval process. My clinic said that Medica has had a fast turnaround lately (only a week), so I will hopefully know something by the end of next week.

HI! I noticed that you have Dr. Pierce too! He is such an awesome caring Doc! That whole staff is amazing! You are definately in great hands! And might I add that participating in running around with your kids is the most amazing, tear jerking(if you never have like myself until losing) best gift to YOUR children and YOU!!!
