peer-to-peer review
SO I called again to my insurance company to get specifics...she said it was stated that I had NO co-morbidities - which is WRONG - the gal looking it over even said - I don't understand how he could turn you down....
so then I mention that I WILL be filing an appeal and if necessary, will retain an attorney to get it done...
she then suggests a peer-to-peer review and says Dr. B will recieve information as to whom to call and with the necessary phone number...
my question is: Anyone ever had success with peer-to-peer review? Opinions? What do you know???
Thanks!

Ya know the best thing you can do is fight. Many insurance companies deny on the first attempt simply because many will be discouraged and not want to pursue an appeal. It sounds like you've got a good shot on appeal.
Good luck!
