Naomi- Oh that's right, you're getting the band! Here's what you can look forward to: I was banded 1 1/2 weeks ago, feel great (as if I never had surgery), incisions nearly healed, down pounds with very little hunger.  I just discovered www.lapbandtalk.com which is very helpful as well (more for for facts and information.) Woke up thinking about you and Lisa this morning and will be checking the posts all day to hear from your angels. Big surgery day hugs. . .  This will be a beautiful day! Cindy
